Studio No. 116 – TEJADOS DE CORDOVA (The Rooftops of Cordova, New Mexico) – 22″x28″ Work in Progress (Underpainting). Colors are mixed with Distilled Turpentine and Grumbacher MG Underpainting White. Color notes: Greens – Chrome Oxide Green Opaque, Yellow Ochre, Prussian Blue and Burnt Sienna. Yellows: Yellow Ochre, Cadmium Yellow, some Burnt Sienna – yellow shadows I mixed in Dioxazine Purple. Reds: Cadmium Red, Mars Orange, Burnt Sienna, Yellow Ochre. Blues: Cobalt Blue, Cerulean Blue and Payne’s Grey.
