“AUTUMN FIELDS” (VALDEZ, N.M.)28″x22″ Original Oil on Fine Belgian Linen
21 October 2008 — Have had a great time working into this painting with the glazes. The fields are a combination of Mars Orange, Burnt Sienna, Yellow Ochre and some Chrome Oxide Green Opaque. The Trees: A combination of Prussian Blue, Burnt Sienna and some Cadmium Orange in the highlights. I have the idea that this might make a great LARGE PAINTING!!!! Stay tuned! DC
